Membership is valid for 12 months and it is renewable each year on your membership anniversary. Fill out this Form

and send to the bellow address.

Who can become a member?

Anyone who is of a Czech or Slovak origin, residing in the USA , and older than 18 years. The member has to agree with the goals and beliefs of the Association. Valid member receives a right to vote.

Spouses and children of the member are not required to be of a Czech or Slovak origin.
